How do I select the right weight category for my dog?
The chart above is a great guide for most dogs. If your dog is right on the cusp between weight categories, adjust based on their exercise level and select whether they should be on the category above or below. Exceptions are puppies and very active dogs that need more daily calories, so please select one weight category above for them.
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping speeds depend on where you live, but we like to ship fast, so typically in 1-3 business days.
Meal boxes are shipped Monday-Wednesday to ensure they arrive frozen at your doorstep. Treats are shipped daily and may arrive sooner.
What if I need to change or cancel my subscription?
